There are lots of ways you can make money from home. If you want to earn yourself some extra cash, here are a few ideas for you to get started with;
One of the easiest ways to make money from home is to take online surveys. You can do this sitting comfy on your settee, no hassle at all. Here are a few of the best survey sites I have found
– Valued Opinions
– Quidco Surveys
Sell your stuff
We all have unwanted clothes in our wardrobes that we haven’t worn for years! Or toys, books, dvds and even kitchen appliances. Time to have a good clear out of things you no longer use or actually need. You can start by selling your clothes online, eBay or local Facebook selling sites are best for this. You could get anything from a few pounds to £10-£15 depending on quality and condition. Bundles of clothes sell best on eBay and you can always get more money for selling in bulk. Baby clothes also sell well, they are always in good condition as most are only worn a handful of times, also, people like to buy second hand and not spend a fortune on them.
The same goes for kids toys, a lot of people are happy to buy second hand so you could easily make a few pounds by clearing out the kids toy box of toys they no longer play with.
You can also sell your boks and dvds that you won’t read or watch again, there are a number of sites that you can do this on, these are a few top sites;
– We Buy Books
– Music Magpie
Get paid for what you are already doing! Sounds simple right? That’s because it is, any online shopping you do, go through a cashback website first, Quidco or TopCashback are two good sites for this. This is basically free money as you’re already shopping online so you may as well get a little cashback each time.
Both of these sites also have sections for “free cashback”, where you don’t even need to make a purchase to earn with them. I highly recommend both of these pages for making extra cash.
This one isn’t quite working from home but is working in your own time for a bit of extra cash. There are lots of good mystery shopper sites that you can sign up to and they send you different assignments, ranging in price for how much they pay your for each one, so if you have some spare time and love shopping this could work well for you.
Sell your craft
Do you have a hobby or a talent that you really enjoy? You could turn this in to a profit by selling your makes, whether it be knitting or sewing kids clothes or making personalised homemade gifts for friends and family. You could turn this in to a side venture and start making cash from what you love doing. There are many different outlets for selling your crafts online, Facebook and eBay are a good place to start. If you find you’re doing well you could open a shop on Etsy to open yourself up to a wider range of customers.
Get Paid for Searching the Web
By installing an add-on to your browser, you can be rewarded for searching the net. Qmee rewards you for searching on various search engines, you carry out your search and it will sometimes bring up a list of sponsored searches (not all the time), if you click these links it pays you for each search. The good thing about this is that there is no minimum payout and it goes straight to your PayPal account.
These are a few ideas to get you started and help earn a bit of extra cash. If you have any other ideas that have worked for you, let me know, I’d love to hear them 🙂
